Booking Policies
Payment or a deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the appointment time, unless other arrangements have been made. 48 hours notice is required to change a booked appointment. Either party may reschedule last minute within 45 days if there are undue and unavoidable circumstances, such as inclement weather or illness. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. This time may be prolonged due to virus risk and/ or CDC guidelines for in person sessions.They may be converted to any other service within 30 days. If you do not show, your payment is forfeited. Accepted payments are through PayPal or credit card via The Square or PayPal Reader. Depending on time and availability, there may be a $10 processing fee for credit card payments taken over the phone. I do not accept checks from first-time clients or as a deposit.
I do not employ anyone. Please do not send money to anyone using my name. I will invoice you via email or you can pay via this website only.
Privacy and Anonymity
During a phone reading I am connecting with you and your energy through your voice vibration. While I maintain very high standards with this issue, many people have issues with privacy and staying anonymous. You can arrange an appointment time with me though Best Psychic Directory, and they will have you create an account with Click for Advisor to create a screen name. I will have no idea of your true identity. I will only read and book you on Click 4 advisor/Best Psychic Directory by appointment only. Please email me to arrange a day and time.
Sessions are non-refundable. Recording of readings, psychotherapy, or coaching sessions is not permitted. This is to protect your confidentiality.

Services and Payments
All reading sessions are available over the phone. Minimum time in person is 45 minutes.
All readings are done in EST time. I will call you at the time of our appointment. I use a private landline or Skype. If you have private calls blocked please remove this block prior to the call.
Psychic readings include present, future and medical intuitive information based on the amount of time booked.
Psychic Mediumship readings include a psychic reading plus connecting with a deceased person or group of deceased people.
Travel Time: Any distance outside a 30 min round trip is $60 per hour.
Gift Certificates are available.

Bookings
Reminder: Payment or a deposit is due the day of booking to hold the appointment time, by the end of that business day. If you do not submit payment, your time is not held. I will confirm day and time by email once your payment has been made. Please read the terms of service.
Wait Times
In general, the average wait time depends on type and length of appointment, (if it is in person or over the phone) and can be several days to 2 weeks. Availability depends on what type of services I have booked. Please email or call in advance for same day readings before making a payment. They are not always available.
If you need a Saturday appointment, or want to plan a party please allow about one month’s notice.
