1. Payment information:
Effective immediately all payments for individual and two-person readings are due at the time you are scheduled, by end of the business day, unless other arrangements have been made. For smaller groups (up to 4 people), larger groups (up to 10 people), workshops and parties, a deposit of half is required to hold the day and time.
2. Emails and Payment Confirmations:
If you submit an email request for my services and/or a payment, you will be sent an email to schedule a date/time for your reading. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for an email response and/or confirmation of appointment if you have paid in advance. Your patience during this time period is appreciated. All readings are booked in EST time. Please include a phone number with your request. Emails may be marked as spam, especially if you are a new client.
3. Current Availability:
Wait times can fluctuate depending on the number of readings I have scheduled. Currently, the average wait time is several days to a few weeks or more and depends on the type of services that I already have booked. For same day availability, please inquire prior to making a payment. Please see same day rates.
4. Calling For Your Appointment:
I will call you at the day and time of your appointment. I normally use a private landline. If you do not accept blocked calls, please change this feature prior to my call. As noted, I read in EST time.
For overseas calls, I will provide the number to call or we can use Skype. My Skype ID is DianeHiller99. Please send me an invite.
5. Mediumship Sessions:
It is very important to understand that every medium reads differently and that there is also a process by which they read. There is no one right way to read a person. Each medium utilizes their gifts as given so. Results may differ with every medium as well. They may also feel differently than you expect due to TV mediums and reality shows. These shows are highly edited due to time constraints and for rating purposes. So, please keep this in mind when you are scheduling a reading.
6. Psychic Readings:
Please note, I am not an “Intuitive“~ I am a Psychic. This means I make predictions. It also means I am connected to guides on the other side who are giving me information. Timing is one of the trickiest things and most often asked. I have a high accuracy rate in this area. If I do not get the timeframe in weeks or months, I rank on the probability of occurrence. I get a very reliable signal from my guides on this rating from 10% to 80%. Anything under 50% is a no. Yes is 70 to 80%, 60% is on the fence so I will look out further. I have been told by many, timing may vary but the outcome is most often correct.
7. Refund Policy:
There are no refunds. If no connection is felt by me, within the first 5-10 min of a reading, I will issue a refund. If you do not feel the reading is going well you will need to express this in the first 5-10 min of the call. Do not wait until the entire reading is completed and then later say you were not happy with the reading. I will not refund under these circumstances. Thank You.
